My AC went out this evening around 5:15 pm. Mr. Domingo had me up and running around 6 or so. He was the most pleasant and professional gentleman I could have ever encountered. I have my share of health issues but my cat has feline asthma, she would not have made it without fresh, cool air. I’m soo very thankful and blessed for the wonderful, quality service y’all provide! “I would like to add to my review I left earlier today. I mispoke when I mentioned the 2 gentlemen that came and looked at my unit today. I was beside my self thinking I had a leak in my attic because I had drips coming down my kitchen cabinets. To say the least, I was a little wacky as I just arrived home last night from being gone for several weeks to find this issue. I incorrectly said Clyde’s name was David. Remember I did say I was a little wacky with worry,

Mr. Domingo H. was our technician and his knowledge of our complicated unit was amazing. He was courteous in answering our questions, quickly diagnosed the issue with a fair quote for repair.
Mr. Domingo picked up the parts needed and returned to promptly fix the problem. He explained what was repaired and gave suggestions to keep the unit running well.
