Domingo does a top notch job of maintaining both of my HVAC units twice a year. He's friendly and very thorough…this visit he even helped me out by clipping some of the branches that had grown up around the units that I couldn't get to…AND he kindly, without being asked, changed an air filter for me that was out of my reach. That's the kind of customer SERVICE that will keep me as a loyal customer! 3. While cleaning my units this time around (you can imagine what a job that is with the 4 dogs and 2 cats I have inside), Domingo noticed that I would benefit from having an air purifier and he was RIGHT! Boy have I noticed a huge difference after having the Bi-Polar Air Purifier installed on the downstairs unit.
