“My name is Josh McDowell and I'm the counter sales rep for Border States in Florence, SC. We have used y'all for several years now, for all of our HVAC needs. Y'all have always been super nice and helpful and do regular maintenance and checkups on our system. I am very hot natured, so I use the AC at the counter a LOT. I have never had a complaint and anytime something has gone wrong, y'all were quick to respond and repair. Today we had one of our regular maintenance checkups and the 2 techs that showed up were Clyde and Nelson. Clyde and Nelson both seemed very knowledgeable and were very polite and efficient. They came in and introduced themselves and patiently waited while I helped a customer. Once they introduced themselves, we told them to make themselves at home and let us know if they needed anything. I barely even noticed they were here, and they were very quick and clean. I spoke with them both after they finished to sign the forms and everything and we had a little conversation throughout. I won't go into what the convo was about, but it let me know that these gentlemen are considerate, caring, and just all-around stand-up guys. I really appreciated their help and the nice convo after was just a bonus. Thank you for your consistency in always doing a great job and going the extra mile when it's needed.”

“I would like to add to my review I left earlier today. I mispoke when I mentioned the 2 gentlemen that came and looked at my unit today. I was beside my self thinking I had a leak in my attic because I had drips coming down my kitchen cabinets. To say the least, I was a little wacky as I just arrived home last night from being gone for several weeks to find this issue. I incorrectly said Clyde’s name was David. Remember I did say I was a little wacky with worry,
Both gentlemen, Nelson and Clyde, were outstanding. I could not have wished or hoped for a better experience.
