“The air conditioning has not been working properly in the new office here since 2013. We originally requested for it to be repaired previously, but were told it could not be repaired. Finally, a new technician, Domingo Hernandez, discovered the problem and fixed it. This problem should have been fixed years ago. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the fine job that Mr. Hernandez did for us today! You would do well to keep him with your company due to his excellent work skills, honesty and professionalism. We would prefer that he do any service work for us going forward if possible.
