It starts with the call in. The call was answered professionally, I was asked great questions to ensure what the exact nature of the call was about, so they could inform the service technician. They worked around my schedule for a date to come and check the problem out. The service tech arrive on time, again he was very professional and keep me advised during the service call. I called and was informed that they could not come that day but they would try to make it the next day or the day after. It came a drenching downpour right before the serviceman called which I originally missed the call but I immediately called him back and U was afraid I would have to reschedule but he headed my way. He asked what the problem was, took a look at my unit quoted me a price but after getting into the unit he had to quote me a higher price. I was given the opportunity to continue with the service or to end it. He was very professional and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend him and the company for their quality work
