Had a water leak at the meter on the customer side. Service was good, technician was good, lady at office was good, fixed the problem. My advice to customers: dig to the leak to expose it; otherwise, that alone is $406 (maybe 15 shovel scoops). The actual repair of $295 was reasonable. I'll know next time. Just thinking of the person that makes $10 per hour, two weeks of work to pay for a water leak.

I Never Want to Use Anyone Else
We have been using Quality Service for at least 5 years. Our heating system died on the coldest day of the year, which happened to be on Sunday. A salesman was out on Monday morning and ordered a new unit. Matt and his guys were here early Tuesday morning to install. We trust them so much that we had a whole house generator installed about 2 years ago. We are under a maintenance plan on both units. If there is ever any question, I know I can get in touch with Matt day or night. The service guys are always professional and courteous. I never want to use anyone else!

He is an excellent technician
Technician was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable. I was very pleased. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete the job initially due to a part he needed that was not on his truck. He returned the next morning at 7:15 a.m. to complete the job. He tested the water bladder tank and found it had very little pressure, corrected it, and even went as far as to install the power cut-off switch near the outdoor jet pump. He is an excellent technician.
