The gentleman called and said, "Be there in 15 minutes if that’s OK with you." So this was a few hours earlier than I expected, but great. He replaced the motor on the air conditioner fan, and then we bought the air scrubber to purify the air in the house. Great work and finished in a timely manner. Believe me, I will use them again. Honest, reliable, and great customer service
I really have to say something about Quality Service Co. From beginning to end, it was the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I truly mean that. For years my air condition has not been keeping up, and my light bills have been high. Less than four years ago, I bought a 3-ton unit and paid a contractor to install it. They ran new lines and installed a Goodman unit, which is still under warranty. This year was the hottest yet, so I contacted Quality Service Co. and met Dwight Milliken, Home Solution Advisor. Rather than just trying to sell us a new unit, he went to his car, got his coveralls, and went under my house to see exactly what was wrong. It appears that the other contractors that worked on my new AC unit neglected to tell us that my duct in the crossover was torn and had water in it! We were shown videos of the damage. In fact, it appeared that it had been done wrong from the factory. Dwight Milliken gave us a fair estimate for repairs, and we didn’t need to replace the unit. Everything went exactly as planned. Our installation technicians, Deven and Brett, arrived right on time. Both of them were professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. After the repair, they explained in detail what they’d done and showed video of the replacement work. They were polite, didn’t mind questions, and were genuine and friendly. I don’t remember when I last had such excellent service. It’s so hard today to find people that you can trust. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repairs or replacement.
