Quality Service Company was founded in 2003 by Chris McDonald as a small, service-focused HVAC company with a clear purpose. In 2011, Chuck Polk joined Chris as a partner, bringing decades of industry experience to the company. Chuck’s background included time with Trane and ownership of a successful HVAC business, which added valuable perspective and leadership. When their businesses merged to form Quality Service Company, the result was a company shaped by hands-on knowledge, shared values, and a long-term outlook. Together, their combined experience helped guide the expansion into plumbing and electrical services while keeping the same service-first mindset in place.
